Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original compostable packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the box securely.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
